Behind the Build: Crafting the Custom Heritage Softail

As part of a groundbreaking partnership with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Motorwitch Industries, Durango Harley-Davidson, and the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally, youth from the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Juan County (NM) and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sun Corridor (AZ) participated in an unforgettable hands-on experience. Guided by renowned builder Danny Wilson of Motorwitch Industries and master technician, Carter Crafton from Durango Harley-Davidson, Club members helped design and build a custom, high-performance 2022 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail.

This one-of-a-kind initiative offered young people real-world exposure to craftsmanship, collaboration, and the motorcycle industry—culminating in both an extraordinary custom bike and a transformative learning opportunity.
