About Our Official Sweepstakes Rules
RallyUp is a fundraising platform that charities and other nonprofit organizations use to promote charitable giving through innovative and exciting online fundraising campaigns. These campaigns include charity sweepstakes. These Official Rules apply to this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Juan County (BGCSJC) using RallyUp. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, to RallyUp’s Terms of Use Terms of Use – RallyUp, and to all decisions by the Sweepstakes sponsor (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters.
Sweepstakes Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria (each, an “Eligible Participant”):
• Legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York) or Canada.
• Physically located within the United States or Canada at the time of entry.
• At least 18 years old at the time of entry (except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi), or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
Participation by any ineligible individual is void. All applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with any legal restrictions in their country or jurisdiction of residence. Some countries may allow entry into a sweepstakes but prohibit the receipt of a prize.
Individuals involved in the conduct, operation, or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to win a prize. This includes their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence), individuals residing in their household, and any contractors, vendors, or others who play a role in, influence, or have access to the entry pool or selection process.

How to Enter a Sweepstakes
To Make a Donation Visit the Campaign Page at https://go.rallyup.com/bgfharleysweepstakes and follow the onscreen instructions to make a donation online with your credit card. Donations must be completed before the end date to count as entries. No phone donations accepted. Illegible, incomplete, or altered entries will be disqualified. Donations, less processing fees, go directly to the Sponsor.
To Enter for Free
To enter without donating, visit the Campaign Page and scroll to the bottom to view the “Alternate Method of Entry” link. Click on the link to generate your free entry form and mail it per the instructions provided. Limit of one mail-in entry per person/household for each Sweepstakes. Each free entry submitted will receive entries equal to the average number of entries received by those who made donations for the Sweepstakes. If the average number of entries by donation is not a whole number, your average number of entries received will be rounded up to the next whole number. (Example: 2.3 entries will be rounded up to 3 entries.) Those who do not follow all of the instructions, fail to provide the required information with their donations or on their entry forms, or fail to abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, destroyed, forged or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the account holder of the credit card on which the donation was charged (if entry via donation method) or by the account holder of the e-mail address used to enter. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e- mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the credit card holder or authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the Potential Winner(s) will be disqualified.
Winner Selection and Odds of Winning
Sponsor or designee will conduct a random drawing on December 6, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners must pass verification to claim a prize.
Special Note About Taxes
Donations may not be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction and prizes may be taxable. The Sponsor is responsible for grand prize taxes. Winners of 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes are responsible for their own taxes. Neither Sponsor nor RallyUp provides tax advice—please consult a tax professional.
Prizes (total approximate retail value of all prize(s)
The prize(s) offered in this Sweepstakes are as follows:
• Grand Prize: Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
A custom 2022 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail, built by industry experts.(FMV: $21,547)
• Second Prize: $2,500 Cash (ARV: $2,500)
• Third Prize: $1,000 Cash (ARV: $1,000)
In the event the Sponsor is unable to deliver a stated prize, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded “as is” without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied. The Released Parties expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All prize details, including fulfillment, are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any costs or expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with accepting or using a prize, unless specifically stated as included, are the responsibility of the Winner.
Verification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes
Potential Winners will be contacted by phone and email. Winners must return all required forms within the time stated in the notification. Failure to respond or comply results in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
Use of Name and Likeness
Unless prohibited by law, Winners grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes, without compensation. All rights to this content belong to the Sponsor or their designees.
Release; Limitations of Liability; General Conditions
Released Parties (Sponsor, RallyUp, affiliates, and representatives) are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected entries, technical issues, outages, unauthorized intervention, errors in sweepstakes administration, and suspension or termination of sweepstakes by legal authorities. By entering, you release Released Parties from any liability related to participation, prize use, or misuse. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or act disruptively. Any attempt to damage the Sweepstakes or website may lead to legal action.
Disputes
All disputes must be resolved individually in the United States District Court in New Mexico. Claims are limited to out-of-pocket expenses. You waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree to New Mexico law. You also waive rights to a jury trial.
Entrant’s Personal Information and Privacy
By entering, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. Your data will be handled in accordance with RallyUp’s Privacy Policy:(https://rallyup.com/privacy-policy/) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Juan County Privacy Policy: (https://bgcfarmington.org/privacypolicy).
Winners’ List
To request a Winners List, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope within 30 days of the Campaign end date to: RallyUp.com, Inc.

Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is; Boys & Girls Clubs of San Juan County, 1925 Positive Way, Farmington, NM 87401. By participating, you acknowledge the Sponsor is solely responsible for providing the prizes. RallyUp is not liable for Sponsor-related claims.
Proceeds
Proceeds from this Sweepstakes will directly benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Juan County (BGCSJC) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sun Corridor (BGCSC), helping support their mission to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
